Josie & Eddie, September 22, 2007

By David on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007

josieedwed1000.JPGA year & a half ago, I had the honour of meeting Josie & Eddie at Rossana & Mark’s wedding. Over the past year & 1/2 I had pleanty of time to get to know Josie & Eddie more and they have become more like close friends to me than just a “bride & groom” and I love that. This is one of the MANY things that I Love About My Job!

Josie & Eddie’s day started off with some clouds & sprinkles but that ended promptly and the day became picture perfect! Their wedding ceremony was at St. Bartholomew Church in Long Beach and it was the perfect setting for their friends & family. With the rich oak wood, stained glass & a priest with an old world Irish accent, it was lovely.

After their ceremony, we started their formals with a large group portrait with their family & bridal party. Afterwards, everyone headed in the limo to the Greek Cultural Center in Long Beach (which I was recently at for Jennifer & Kevin’s wedding last month). The staff their is so attentive, the food is a veritable cornucopia of flavour and the room was perfect for Josie & Eddie’s near 200 guests.

Thank you for the honour of inviting me into your lives over the past 18 months & I had a BLAST with you, your friends and family today. Here is a snacky treat of your day & I hope you enjoy - cheers!

PS, CONGRATS to Rossana & Mark for their new baby girl on Thursday! You were missed, but we all enjoyed having your daughter here today!

I cannot express how much Marc and I enjoyed working with you. You manage to find such a perfect balance between crazy fun and absolute professionalism. You were so great at keeping it fun while still moving things along when we had a time frame to work with.
