Good Afternoon Everyone! Believe it or not, I’m actually up & getting back into the groove to get caught up on what needs to be done here at our office in Huntington Beach after spending an incredible week at the WPPI conference in Las Vegas.

Me & Kerry have more highlights that we would like to share with you. In this installment we take a look at the masking tools and virtual backgrounds available from Studio Taxi then we focus on the engraved focusing screens from Crop Lines. We then headed over to talk with Kevin Kubota about his Kubota Imaging Tools and finally wrap up with a talk with our good friend Max from BorrowLenses.com.

Good Evening Everyone!  Today me & Kerry were able to capture pleanty of video interviews at WPPI in Las Vegas.  Since I completely lost my voice from chatting it up at the “social engagements,” Kerry was the voice for us & Camera Dojo.

In today’s WPPI highlights we chat with the folks at A Portrait Project to learn more about this incredible new foundation that provides photographs to women who have been victims of abuse so that they can start rebuilding their new lives, there new site will be up and running soon and we will post more information as it becomes available. We even believe in what our good friends Christine Bentley and Kristie Blake that we both signed up to volunteer our photographic skills.

We also talk to Jennifer from Triple Scoop Music and Ron Henry from BlackRapid, makers of the R-Strap.  Mike Larson – world famous wedding photographer and a good friend of ours was even at Black Rapid’s booth picking up his R-Strap.

Good Morning Everyone From Las Vegas! This West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week is not being brought to you from Huntington Beach in the OC Hood, but from the city of lights; Las Vegas during the WPPI Convention.

Last week’s West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week we had a little bit of old “Blue Eyes” – Frank Sinatra and this week I’ve got some Dean Martin for you. Here’s a guy that I can relate to with a favourite drink in his hand, always on the look out for a good party & sharing a good laugh and good times with his friends.

So sit back in your chair, take a couple minutes out of your busy calendar & enjoy That’s Amore by Dean Martin.  I’ll see you when I get back later this week & if you’re here in Las Vegas, ring me up & let’s hook up – cheers!

angelagian0001Good Evening Everyone! I just got back in my room at the Imperial Palace on the strip in Las Vegas after having some fun with Angela & Gian for their Engagement Shoot.

Their shoot was very classic in styling and I think that we captured the artistic vision that we all had for their portraits. Here are a few of my favourites from their Engagement Shoot that I would like to share with you.

I hope things are well for you & I’ll everyone soon back in Huntington Beach when I return from WPPI next week – cheers!

meganrobert0001Good Afternoon Everyone! I’m sending you a shot out not from my office in Huntington Beach, but right on the beautiful Las Vegas Strip.  I just got in from Megan & Robert’s Engagement Shoot and before I head out for another shoot, I wanted to send you a sneak peek of what is to come from their Engagement Shoot.

We started the day off heading to the top of the Eiffel Tower for some sentimental fun & then hit the strip to capture some of my signature Artistic & Romantic portraits of them in front of the Eiffel Tower.

After we got crazy at the Paris Hotel, we headed over to the Venitian for more Romantic and Artistic portraits.  They were both so adventurous, willing to do just about everything.  I was almost able to convince them to jump into a fountain, but alas – it was too cold!

Here’s a few of my favourites from their shoot & I hope you enjoy them as much as I did capturing them – cheers!
