Good afternoon from Huntington Beach everyone!  I’m so excited about sharing this wedding with you.  I recently had the honour of photographing Stephanie & Mike’s Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Golf Course with clear blue skies, wisps of clouds from time-to-time and a gorgeous starry night during the reception.

You might remember Stephanie & Mike from their Engagement Shoot that I did with them at my Secret Spot in Southern California somewhere.  I absolutely love doing Engagement Shoots with my couples!  It gives all of us time to get to know each other better along with me learning their body language in front of the camera.  Which I think you can tell – they totally at ease with.

So when their wedding day arrived in Ventura – it was perfect.  It was like meeting up with old friends that I haven’t seen in a while.  All of us were excited about the magic that was in the air for their wedding day and my creative wheels were spinning to capture it all.  PLUS!  I had the honour of my good friend; Leila Jones joining me to 2nd shoot & rock her mojo as well.

Stephanie & Mike’s Ventura Wedding had some wonderful personal touches.  Mr. Robert Ross who has known Mike’s mother & family since high school was the wedding officiant and Stephanie’s father hand made her beautiful opal jewelry that she wore.  The jewelry was gorgeous & complimented Stephanie in her Oleg Cassini wedding dress from David’s Bridal and Unlisted Shoes.

LaStarr Bakery delivered a completely delicious cake and I totally loved the floral arrangements that Floral Designs By Roni set up for the wedding ceremony and reception.  The flowers definitely were explosive in colour for the wedding photography.

I would have to say though that their wedding day couldn’t have been as amazing as it was without the impeccable coordination of Sarah & Amy at the Wedgewood.  They are masters at what they do and truly make sure that everyone’s needs are met and as Stephanie & Mike’s wedding photographer – my job easier to be even more creative.

So before you check out Stephanie & Mike’s Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Golf Course and you’re thinking to yourself…  Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer in Orange County that wants to enjoy life to the fullest and capture all the infinite memories that happen throughout the day, then feel free to get in touch with me anytime.

Good evening from Huntington Beach everyone!  I’m back at Esquire Photography HQ after photographing Risa & James for their Laguna Niguel Wedding at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel.  You might remember me mentioning on Twitter & Facebook their upcoming wedding last weekend as I introduced them to my friend & writer; Kim from the LA Times who interviewed them for a story that she’s working on for the paper.

Well have I got a fantastic treat to share with you.  This week I was invited to photograph La Jolla Group, Inc.’s holiday party at The White House Event Center in Anaheim.  If you’re not too familiar with the La Jolla Group, Inc., check out some of the information about them from their website:

La Jolla Group, Inc. (“LJG”) is the world’s premier multi-brand apparel licensing company, with a portfolio of prominent brands including O’Neill Clothing USA, …Lost Clothing, Metal Mulisha Clothing, Rusty Clothing and True Love & False Idols.

With five successful brands, over 400 employees across the U.S., 6 successful retail locations — including O’Neill’s flagship store in Anaheim, CA, and the expansion of its Irvine, CA-based headquarters into a state-of-the-art 200,000 sq. foot facility, LJG continues to evolve and leverage synergies across its platforms. LJG brands are sold in over 3000 retailers in the United States, as well as Europe, U.K., Canada, Latin America, Australia, and Japan.”

This is one SIIIIIICK company doing great things & helping keep the California economy alive & flourishing!

Soo…being a bit of an adrenaline junkie with a third of my 29 year career in photography being in XSports, Rock Bands and Commercial Fashion – having shot everything from snowboarding, skateboarding, inline skating, Grammy Award winning bands like Duran Duran & Limp Bizkit, I jumped out of my chair when I got the phone call from Kathy Miller at Activities So Cal.

Activities So Cal hosted and catered the awesome holiday party, DJ Chris, Eddie & the crew from Above The Crowd Productions killed it with the lighting and music all night and Mr. Ryan Zackon and his professional staff from Dynamic Protective Services kept a tight lid on security for everyone.

Mr. Toby Bost, the CEO of La Group, Inc. (Who by the way is not only one of the youngest CEO’s in the industry, but keeps LJG on the bleeding edge in the biz.  Which I’m sure explains why they’re so successful!) gave up some props to the LJG staff and introduced The Banana Hammocks led by Rich Wilson from Lost Clothing for a guest rock concert in the West Wing.  The party went on well into the night and was completely off the chain!

Before you check out La Jolla Group, Inc.’s holiday party and you’re thinking to yourself…  Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer in Orange County, California that wants to enjoy life to the fullest and capture all the infinite memories that happen, feel free to get in touch with me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebook, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

So without further ado, here is La Jolla Group, Inc.’s holiday party in a siiiiiiick slide show that I put together.  If you want to see the entire collection of more than 450 photos, totally check out the gallery on Pictage.

I hope you’re having a great weekend & stay tuned for so much more that I have to share with you from a fantastic wedding season.   AND – the next episode of my online “TV” program; “How To Make The Most Out Of Your Wedding Day” helping today’s savvy brides & grooms save some money, some time & their sanity drops tomorrow.  Cheers!

Good afternoon from Huntington Beach everyone!  I’m back in from the Fullerton Arbouretum photographing family portraits for Juana and her awesome family.  Her Ventura Wedding is coming up next April at the Wedgewood Golf Course and she decided to do more of a family portrait styled photo shoot instead of a classic Engagement Shoot.  Which I think is awesome as she made it hers instead of being inside the box.

So I’ve just got to share Sara & Chris’ Diamond Bar Wedding with you. I recently had the honour of being a second photographer with my good friend Jeremy Lucero to photography Sara & Chris’ Wedding at the Diamond Bar Center in you guessed it… Diamond Bar out in the Inland Empire.  Jeremy and I have known each other for several years and on occasion, worked with each other from time-to-time.  Him with me on my weddings and events and me with him as well.  So when Jeremy rang me up and asked if I was available to shoot with him – I jumped at the opportunity.

Sara & Chris’s wedding was a totally amazing experience.  We started off at Sara’s family’s home where the ladies were having their finishing touches taken care of, gathering the floral arrangements and Sara was able to get into her beautiful wedding gown.  As soon as everyone was ready, we headed off to the Diamond Bar Center for the ceremony.  Their day started off with a ton of amazing portraits along with the details that Sara & Chris had for the wedding and reception.

The wedding ceremony was overflowing with flowers for their friends & family to enjoy.  From the wedding flowers to the unity candle and prayers, their wedding ceremony was perfect.  After the ceremony, everyone headed to the cocktail hour to enjoy the delicious food that Chef Arturo prepared with Banquets For All Occasions – we were able to capture all sorts of classic and fun portraits of Sara & Chris with their bridal party and family.

Sara & Chris’ wedding reception was a blast!  Club Gage Productions rocked the dance floor for all the guest while Jeremy and I shot side-by-side with Abraham G. with Amazing Digital Productions.  Who might I add is a videographer who is super easy to work with and get along with.

So before you check out Sara & Chris; Diamond Bar Wedding at the Diamond Bar Center and you’re thinking to yourself…  Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer in Orange County that wants to enjoy life to the fullest and capture all the infinite memories that happen throughout the day, then feel free to get in touch with me anytime.

So without further ado, here is Carina & Tim’s wedding in a beautiful slide show that I put together.  I hope you’re having a great start to your weekend & be sure to come back very soon as I have some awesome fun from the La Jolla Group’s Holiday Party I photographed on Thursday at The White House Event Center in Anaheim (totally bursting at the seams with people from Metal Mulisha, Lost, O’Neil and More!), more wedding photography yumminess and another episode of my online “TV” program; “How To Make The Most Of Your Wedding Day” that will help today’s savvy brides same some time, some money & their sanity – cheers!
