Today I had the pleasure of photographing and playing around with the Feldman Family at their home on Naples Island just outside of Belmont Shore. They were the winner of a donation that we made to the JCC in Long Beach for a fund-raising auction this Spring and it couldn’t have happened to a more playful and fun family.
I showed up this afternoon to an absolutely beautiful house on the canal and we started off by playing around with the family dog, checked out Scott’s Bar Mitzvah album and then headed over to the fountain in their neighborhood for some more “formal” portraits. Some more members of the family met us at the fountain after getting stuck in some lovely Southern California traffic & they joined in on the fun too.
After doing some of the portraits at the fountain and park, we headed back to the house & then everyone started to get into the water for a bit of a swim & then headed out on the dinghy and kayak. It was an absolutely wonderful and fun way to spend my Sunday afternoon!
And knowing that our donation made a positive impact for the JCC and their family is going to have some fun portraits makes it a win-win situation. Cheers!
