Good afternoon everyone!  I’m back in from the gym & I’ve got some terrific Artistic Edits from Shaundra & Justin’s Wedding in Ventura that I’ve been so excited  to share with you.

Shaundra & Justin’s wedding day was at the Wedgewood Golf Club in Ventura where Sarah, Amy & their detail-orientated staff rocked their wedding details from beginning to finish.  From the gorgeous Florals by Roni, the delicious cake by La Starr & Co., Hair by Salon Panache in Ventura and the totally cool cake topper they picked up on eBay (one of my favourite spots to shop!).  Everything was absolute perfection!

Good evening everyone!  As I’m still charging on sharing beautiful photos from all the events that I’ve been photographing – I have a very special one for you.  This is Megan & Robert’s gorgeous sunset wedding that was at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California.

You might remember Megan & Robert from all the fun we had last year in Las Vegas for their Engagement Shoot when I was there for WPPI.  We kicked off their Engagement Shoot on the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel right on the strip & then headed down to the strip for more romantic & sassy fun.

Fast forward a year & it’s their wedding day in Mission Viejo.  Megan is having fun with her ladies in their Alfred Angelo bridesmaids dresses getting ready and about to look like royalty in her Maggie Sottero Couture Bridal Gown and Nina New York shoes – while Robert is prepping for the big day in his classic tuxedo from Friar Tux with his men.

Their wedding ceremony was during the sunset with a crystal clear blue sky, some of the most colourful flowers you’ve ever seen brought in from Green Leaf Designs and a beautiful pattern of petals down the aisle completed by their ring bearer.  Who might I add, did a fantastic job at it too!

After the ceremony, we headed over to the side of the property where family portraits were a-pleanty along with a lot of fun bridal party portraits too.  We even had an audience capturing some stalkerazzi shots from the cocktail hour where a very cool couple was hanging out that are good friends of Megan & Robert.  You probably saw them back in the winter & my favourite Peanut Butter Jelly song couple; Erin & Kevin from their Engagement Shoot at the Irvine Regional Park back in November.

Once the family & bridal portraits were done, then the romance kicked into full swing as Megan, Robert & I snagged a golf cart and headed around the property for some magical, romantic and panoramic portraits that we scouted out just a couple weeks prior.

Megan & Robert’s reception was filled with all the special details from the delicious cake from Heidelberg Pastry Shop in Laguna Hills to the centerpieces to even the rockin band; Trip that kept the party going throughout the night.  They even kept the crowd on the dance floor providing Megan, Robert & I an opportunity for m to capture one of my signature Night Romantic portraits with a totally vintage ride from Classic Limos.  That portrait has to be one of my absolute favourites ever!

Ms. Alyson Gabaldon who is the Catering, Sales & Event Manager along with Mr. Jose Cerrudo, the Food & Beverage Manager from the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club orchestrated a completely flawless wedding day for Megan & Robert.  I also want to give a special shout out to my good friend & non-McTographer; Jeremy Lucero for being my wing man & 2nd shooter for the day.

Before I share Megan & Robert’s wedding and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Orange County Wedding Photographer in Huntington Beach, California that loves to capture romantic & sexy portraits,  feel free to Contact Me on the Website or send me an email direct at david@esquirephotography.com.  You can also stay in touch with me in “real time” on Twitter, Facebook and my Facebook Fan Page too.

Good Morning Everyone!  I have some really cool news that I wanted to share with you.  My good friend Tamara Young over at TStyle Photography is working on a project sharing stories about where her friends have been in their lives.  Or should I say – it’s more like; where have your shoes taken you in your travels.  Pretty cool!

So when I received an email in Hawaii on my “Workation” for my Iron Sharpens Iron Workshop from Tamara asking me to share a story with her – I was totally flattered and honoured.  And, of course I couldn’t resist to say Yes!

If you don’t know who my good friend; Tamara is – let me share some bits about her with you.  She loves shoes & people.  She loves shoes and people so much that she actually prefers to photograph the two together.  I would even go as far to say she has a “unique” relationship with shoes like I do with Duran Duran.

AND!  Like me, she is also very passionate about travel and music. When a good song comes on, she’ll start to move without thinking about it. YES, she’s that girl in the car singing at the top of her lungs and making faces as if she’s performing for a crowd of 50,000. Tamara is also a Southern girl, born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee – home of delicious fried pickles and Blue Moon beer.  Yummy!  And now she’s put her shoes at the door step in Laguna Niguel, California with her beautiful, funny and sweet daughter, Marti.

So… without further ado, pop over to her BLOG where you can check out the article she shared about me.  It’s a fun read and you can see my shoeless toes next to the Hawaiian sand with an umbrella.

If you’re wanting to keep in touch with me and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Orange County Wedding Photographer in Huntington Beach, California that was shoeless in Hawaii. Feel free to Contact Me on the Website or send me an email direct at david@esquirephotography.com.  You can also stay in touch with me in “real time” on Twitter, Facebook and my Facebook Fan Page too.

Have a terrific Tuesday & stay in touch for some great photos from all the weddings & events I’ve been shooting the past month 1/2 – cheers!
