David Esquire Was A Guest On The Pro Photography Show Podcast With Gavin Seim

Can I just first say that sometimes it really feels awesome getting into a groove after being sick and being able to get caught up and be uber-productive.  That’s exactly what’s going on here at Esquire Photography Headquarters in Huntington Beach over the past couple of days.  There have been so many things that I’ve been wanting to share with you and a prime example is this posting.  Last Thursday the 29th I was a guest on Gavin Seim’s Pro Photography Show Podcast.  Totally Cool!

Gavin Seim probably rings a bell for you & it’s because Kerry and I did a Podcast with Gavin Seim on Camera Dojo back in August chatting about various sales techniques that he learned about at the Wall Portrait Conference that he attended.

Well Gavin leads a very successful podcast himself and he asked me to be a guest of the “Round Table” discussion last week.  Fortunately I was able to move a few things around on the calendar & was able to be on it.  We had an open discussion about the new Canon 1D Mark IV, Vincent Laforet’s Video made with the new Canon 1D Mark IV, a couple of upper-end point & shoot cameras (The Olympus Pen E-P1, the Panasonic GF1 (I am saving up for this one, so I can be more “stealthy” on secure locations) and the Canon G11) along with a few other things.

I did have to cut out short as I needed to get back to helping Katherine prepare for her school’s annual Harvest Happenin Fundraiser (post coming soon), so I missed out on the last 1/3 or so of the program, but nonetheless – we still had some great chatting about topics that are of interest to us in the “biz.”

So if you’re about to check out the podcast and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Orange County Wedding Photographer in Huntington Beach, California that enjoys giving back to his industry.  Feel free to Contact Me on the Website or send me an email direct at david@esquirephotography.com.  You can also stay in touch with me in “real time” on Twitter, Facebook and my Facebook Fan Page too.

Have a super week and stay in touch for some more exciting things that are coming up very soon – cheers!
