West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week

It’s hazy, it’s overcast, and it’s a little cool…  Kinda sounds like a UK version of a West Coast Wednesday here in little old Huntington Beach, California.  Or, it sounds like great a day to celebrate a fantastic artist that I totally dig.  He’s a former member of Britain’s boy band; Take That & a huge uber-mega star around the globe.

With top songs like “Let Me Entertain You,” “Kids” and “Angels” (which is gaining more & more momentum being recreated by artists of all musical genres, Robbie Williams has been dominating the music industry for more than a decade.

A simple quote from Robbie Williams says a lot about his personality that I can resonate with: “I hate fame. It’s not all it’s cracked up to be. I think I’m going mad. I just want to find a nice woman and settle down. I don’t know why people buy my records.” Another day, another Robbie revelation.

It would be difficult to find a more contradictory, vain, egotistical pop star than Robbie Williams. It would also be difficult to find a more brilliant showman and one whose refreshingly honest personality seems to have drawn him to the bosom of the nation as the Britain’s top pop star.

Without further ado… I give you Robbie Williams Live at Knebworth, England.  With over 275,000 people that attended his concert over the course of the weekend (the largest concert in British music history) – this song; “Angels” was part of Williams’ master of an audience and a confirmation that he is one of the biggest pop starts in the world.

So sit back in your chair, enjoy your favourite morning beverage to get your day going & have a fantastic West Coast Wednesday – cheers!
