Good Morning Everyone! This is my first West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week for the first week of April and also for the 2nd quarter of 2009.

If you saw last week, I shared with you that I was listening to some beautiful music by Edith Piaf as I charged through my morning.  Well, as fate would have it, I actually was able to watch the movie; “La Vie en Rose” about her life on the plane when I went to Hawaii.  Talk about hauntingly awesome!

Well to continue in this year’s message about love, and life, I want to share a classic by Edith Piaf; “Non, je ne regrette rien” from 1961.  I absolutely love the richness of this video in all it’s simplicity, tatteredness and beauty of life.

So sit back in your chair, take 2 1/2 minutes, enjoy your morning beverage & think about how you will remember your life.  Do you remember it with no regrets?  If not, go after your dreams, they’re waiting for you – cheers!

Aloha Everyone! I really couldn’t help myself & had to share with you a classic from the island with “The King.”  And, no I don’t mean the self proclaimed “King of Pop” – Michael Jackson, but “The King” – Elvis Presley. Although Michael did have the jams back in the day!

Here’s a soothing song for you to ease into the 2nd half of your week over a good cofee drink on this West Coast Wednesday.  Elvis Presley performs Blue Hawaii from 1973 and it seems to fit the mood of the island and the island time as well.  Now if we could only live this way normally.  LOL!

Have a fantastic West Coast Wednesday & I’ll see everyone when I get back – cheers!

Good Afternoon Everyone!  I wanted to let you know that I’m heading out to meet up with Katherine in Hawaii to celebrate her parent’s anniversary, have a photo tour and meet up with my good friend; Vu Bui for a couple of yummy umbrella drinks.

I’ll be back in on Monday the 30th, so if I miss you on the phone or your email – I promise I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible when I return.

Have a fantastic week & I’ll see you soon – cheers!

Good from Huntington Beach everyone!  You may have seen the quick peek of what was to come from their wedding day before I left for Hawaii, but now that I’m back & the dust has settled, here’s the rest of the story…

Back in December I got my first glimpse of how much fun I would have with Leah & Darrell from their Engagement Shoot I did with them in downtown Long Beach back in December and was I so right.  Their wedding was AMAZING!

Their day started off at the Sheraton Fairplex in Pomona where Kerry and I showed up to capture some great candid photographs while Leah and her ladies in waiting got ready.  It was such a great time filled with laughs and lots of love shared with Leah and her family.

After the ladies were ready, we headed down to get our glam on for some killer portraits.  They seriously rocked it not to mention taking over the bar at the hotel too.  But eventually we needed to head to Diamond Bar Center to meet up with Darrell as we shot some album-cover inspired portraits and a “pose off” too.  I think that Darrell’s brother took the trophy on that one!

The ceremony was beautiful with the weather holding back the rain for us accompanied with a nice breeze that even whisked Leah’s veil away during the ceremony which was really cute.

The reception was held inside with a pasta bar, a hamburger & cheeseburger bar and many other fantastic fixings that made for a wonderful meal that everyone could enjoy.  Joe Paxton from Atmosphere DJ Professional Entertainment & Lighting kept the night moving and I even had the opportunity to work with Mike again from Mission Visual Videography.

Darrell even serenaded Leah with his saxophone alongside his men, which had everyone teary-eyed.  It was one of the most special gifts I have seen in a long time!

Today was a special day for me and it was such an honour to work side-by-side with Leah too, because her and her sister; Linsey run a very successful Wedding Coordinating company called The Double Knot Twins.

I hope you have a great evening & I hope you enjoy the sample of what’s to come of their day as much as I did capturing it – cheers!
