babycruise1000.JPGThe Exclusive Baby Cruise was a relaxing 2-hour harbor cruise of Newport Beach Harbor. As mothers and girlfriends filled the boat they were treated like royalty. While cruising the harbor, women and new moms enjoyed eating, browsing, shopping and learning tips and tricks to make being a mom and becoming a mom more fun and less stressful. This was a “ladies-only” event and everyone showed up without… their babies, husbands, and significant others!

The Exclusive Baby Cruise was created to provide mothers-to-be and new mothers with a venue where they were treated like royalty – a setting where they were surrounded by their friends as well as vendors who provided extraordinary attention to their unique needs.

Instead of combining the traditional products and services, The Exclusive Baby Cruise goes out of it’s way to highlight new items that can immensely help mothers so that this special time is enjoyed by all. If you get the chance to go on the next one, I totally encourage you to do so.

We’ve posted the photos in an online album for your enjoyment which you can view here. Or if you would like to purchase a souvinier photo from the cruise, just click here. And, we’re running a 2 for 1 promotion until August 13th, so don’t wait too long.

See you when we launch again – Cheers!

heathermaxblog2000.jpgAs the day was beginning, you could feel the indescribable electricity of joking, laughter and love that was filling the air as Heather, Max and all of their friends and family were getting ready.

Heather’s details were picture perfect, Max’s entourage of men were poised & ready to look sharp for the day and the guests were anticipating a beautiful ceremony and event-filled reception.

It was one of those days where I found myself non-stop shooting from the minute I arrived, till the end of the reception. Everywhere I turned was something that I wanted to capture; the details, the tears, the laughs. I was blanketed in a veritable cornucopia of positivity and love!

Here are some of my favourite highlights from their day – cheers!

desireecraigsmpl1001.JPGDesiree & Craig’s wedding was a casual, yet stylish affair at The Wyndham in Costa Mesa. They both have the smartest sense of humour and able to do just about anything on a whim’s notice enjoying every minute of life.

Ms. Denise Boersma at the Wyndham as always, coordinated a fun and relaxed wedding for them in the clear blue summer sky, which made my job and my colleague; Kerry Garrison’s job that much easier. Absolutely picture perfect setting with a small lake on the property, pleanty of trees and a lover’s bridge that you have to cross over to get back into the property.

It was an afternoon ceremony with a reception that followed with pleanty of dancing, cake & food in an elegant room with window views to let in the natural light for the cake & party. I was so excited to be a part of of their day & we had such a blast getting ready and Desiree looked stunning as Craig was sharp as a tack!

Thanks for letting me be an integral part of your day – cheers!

jenniferkevinblog2000.JPGNot only did we have a GREAT TIME photographing Jennifer & Kevin for their Engagement Portraits, but here’s a little something from them as well that we would like to share:

“You all made it much more comfortable than we expected! We were both really nervous (Kevin especially), but you really made us feel a lot better about the whole thing.

Kevin even made a comment on the way home that he wished that he had the same passion for his work that you do in yours. He had complete faith in you. That’s a big thing for him!

The engagement shoot was perfect for easing him into the 2000 pictures on the wedding day. I’m sure the pictures will come out great!

Thank you again for such a great time. Talk to you soon!

Jen”

This is worth more than it’s weight in gold – cheers!

jenniferkevinblog2000.JPGThis afternoon and early evening was spent with probably 2 of the coolest people on the planet; Jennifer & Kevin. It didn’t feel like working with a client today, but more like a couple of my best friends that I haven’t seen in forever. In fact, I don’t even feel like I really worked at all today because it felt more like all we did today was joke around & goof off!

We thought it would be fun to stay at a local beach community & so we popped around Main Street Seal Beach, had a couple of cool libations at some local pubs, spent some time on The Seal Beach Pier & a few other hidden locations that I like to keep a bit of a secret.

Afterwards we had dinner at El Burrito Jr. which has the best wet veggie burrito around. If you ever get a chance, pop in & get one – they’re awesome!

Absolutely a wonderful Sunday afternoon – cheers!
