Good evening everyone!  I am one Newport Beach Wedding Photographer that’s has a totally cool and special West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week!

You might remember not too long ago of the band; Buzzlip that my friend; Candy down in the Philippines shared with me & I shared with you for a previous West Coast Wednesday.  Well… for my birthday, she shared an amazing Duran Duran mix.  And it is freakin’ awesome with 14 minutes and 45 seconds of killer tunes that the DJ chose for the video.

Now…. I was originally going to share just that one video with you.  But that was short lived when my friend; Marc Lindshield who is an amazing professional Hypnotist that works together with me on Grad Nights all over Southern California.

Marc said that what I wore when I went out to the Slidebar for the Totally 80’s Tuesday to celebrate my 25th birthday with my friend; Danny last night looked like some of the people in a really fun music video; “Party Rock Anthem” by LMFAO & Lauren Bennett & GoonRock.  If you’re not too familiar LMFAO, Lauren Bennett or Goonrock – be sure to click on their names to check them out either Facebook or their Website.

So!  Before you check out this week’s West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves music & fashion, photography and art, feel free to contact me anytime.

So without further ado, I give you Duran Duran in 14 minutes & 45 seconds of a really awesome mix and LMFAO & Lauren Bennett & Goonrock in “Party Rock Anthem”  from Newport Beach for today’s West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week.

So feel free to sit back with your favourite evening beverage or late night snack, enjoy two killer videos and I hope you had an awesome West Coast Wednesday in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach or another part of this crazy world we’re all a part of.

Also remember to keep the “Butterfly Effect” happening and make it a totally positive one for someone else too – cheers!

Good evening everyone!  This is one Newport Beach Wedding Photographer that needed to dig deep for some energy and stamina after an awesome Friday & Saturday.  This weekend kicked off on Friday night when I rode the Iron Horse from Newport Beach up to Ventura to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Wedgewood properties with about 500 people at the Wedgewood Buenaventura.

I’ve been working with the Wedgewood properties for several years and to know that I’m part of a family that “get’s it” when it comes to making sure their clients receive the royal treatment is totally awesome.  Not only was the uber-awesome Sarah, Alizabeth, Robin and Amy there, but one of my future brides; Tiffany was there (who is getting married next April in San Diego) along with two of my past couples; Virginia & Shawn who had their Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura a year ago today and Lisa & Sam, who had their Lucky 7-7-7 Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura as well.  Awesome!

Then yesterday I headed in the opposite direction towards San Diego to the Fallbrook Wedgewood where I photographed Nicole & Mark’s Afternoon Wedding & then Nikki & Michael’s Evening Wedding.  Definitely stay in touch as I’ll be sharing their wedding days with you very soon!  You might remember Nicole & Mark from their awesome Engagement Shoot I photographed with them at Union Station in Los Angeles and Nikki & Michael’s Engagement Shoot I photographed with them down on Balboa Island in Newport Beach.

Even as my peak wedding season is still happening, I love being able to schedule time to put finishing touches on the beautiful weddings that I’ve been photographing from Newport Beach to San Diego and even up to gorgeous Malibu.  Which is the location of today’s wedding that I’m excited to share with you!

I recently I had the honour of photographing Kristy & Daniel’s Malibu Wedding at Calamigos Ranch.  Calamigos Ranch in Malibu is a totally perfect location for weddings.  It’s tucked away in Malibu in a secluded 130 acre retreat filled with cascading waterfalls, enchanting lakes and lush greenery.  One of the best ways to describe it is to say it reminds me of two very romantic movies; “A Room With A View” and “Much Ado About Nothing.”  If you ever have your wedding there or decide to tour the property, you’l totally see what I’m referring to.

Kristy & Daniel’s wedding was everything that a perfect Malibu Wedding is.  Kristy wore a beautiful Maggie Sottero wedding gown & Calvin Klein shoes, while Daniel was impecable in his suit.  During their wedding ceremony, Daniel had given the two daughters rings to signify the love and joining together of everyone – which is a very noble and timeless tradition.

A Sweet Design provided a totally delicious wedding cake for Kristy & Daniel.  It was also the perfect setting for a few of my epic signature “Sexy D Rex” portraits with it!

Before you scroll down to check out Kristy & Daniel’s gorgeous and colourful Malibu Wedding at Calamigos Ranch and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves being a photographer celebrating more almost 30 years capturing Weddings, Portraits and Engagement Shoots from Southern California to London, feel free to contact me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebook, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

PS, Here’s an awesome quote I recently shared on Twitter earlier today that I think helps keep the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward spreading positivity.  “Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear – not absence of fear.” That’so totally profound!

PSS, Be sure to check back soon for more beautiful Weddings, Engagements and Events.  Also, if you missed the last West Coast Wednesday Videos Of The Week – be sure to check it out.  It was totally cool and had a fun bonus!

PPSS, I’m still on the search for a rockin assistant and a couple replacement photographers to join the Esquire Photography team in Newport Beach, San Diego and Ventura.  If you or some you know understands the importance of wedding photography to brides & grooms along with a zeal for working in the wedding photography business, totally contact me ASAP.  Thanks!!!

Good evening from Orange County everyone!  Being a Wedding Photographer centrally located in Newport Beach for weddings in Southern California definitely has quite a few advantages.  I’m a hop, skip & a jump in nearly every direction to photograph weddings from San Diego to Orange County & Los Angeles, all the way up to Ventura & Santa Barbara or perhaps to head inland to Riverside as well.  I’ve even traveled internationally, which was a total blessing.

One of the great things about being able to travel so much around Southern California is I am blessed with meeting and working with some of the most amazing couples in the world.

Recently I had the honour of photographing Melissa & Justin’s Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura.  From the beginning of their wedding day – everything was absolutely beautiful.  Melissa’s was absolutely stunning her wedding gown from Alfred Angelo & rockin’ pumps from My Glass Slipper, their wedding flowers were from Floral Designs By Roni in Ventura, an absolutely deeeeeeeeelicious cake by A Gift of Taste.  I’ll have you know that the Sexy D Rex behaved and didn’t have his cake & eat it too.  LOL!

Melissa also partook in the age old tradition of having something old & something borrowed for her wedding.  When you see the beautiful veil that Melissa had on for her wedding day, it has been in the family and used for her sister’s wedding as well.  Her family keeping traditions and special momentos alive is just one of the many romantic stories that I love about weddings.

If you’re checking out the portrait in this article of the four of them on the beautiful golf course during sunset just after their wedding ceremony and they look familiar, it’s because I photographed their Harley Davidson inspired Engagement Shoot / Family Portraits up in Mentryville.  Which you can see in their photographs – was a total blast!

I also want to give a shout out to Sarah, Amy and the team at the Wedgewood Buenaventura.  Those two ladies seriously rock and are a team of seasoned professionals that will go to the ends of the earth to make sure that their couples receive the red carpet treatment.

But before you scroll down to check out some Melissa & Justin’s totally gorgeous Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves being a photographer celebrating more than 28 years capturing Weddings, Portraits and Engagement Shoots from Southern California to London, feel free to contact me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebook, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

PS, Here’s an awesome quote I recently shared on Twitter that I think helps keep the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward – spreading positivity.  “”Great photographs are not made by a camera, it is made by a human being with a mind” – Arnold Newman” Love it!

PSS, I’m still on the search for a ROCKIN assistant and a couple KILLER replacement Portrait and Wedding Photographers to join the Esquire Photography team in Newport Beach, San Diego and Ventura.  If you or some you know may fit the bill, totally contact me ASAP.  I’m not sure how much longer I can keep up the 18, 22 and even 24 hour days.  Thanks!!!

Good afternoon everyone!  This is one Newport Beach Wedding Photographer that is right in the heart of a fantastic season photographing quite a few Weddings, awesome Portraits and Engagements in Southern California. From Newport Beach in Orange County to Fallbrook down in San Diego & up in the valley in Ventura – it’s been a wonderful experience.

Recently I had the honour of photographing Lisa & Chris’s Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura.  From the beginning of their wedding day – everything was absolutely beautiful.  Lisa’s wedding gown was from David’s Bridal, their wedding flowers were from Floral Designs By Roni in Ventura and Chris’ tuxedo was from Men’s Wearhouse.

You know how there’s the tradition of something new, something borrowed, something old & something new for a wedding.  Lisa had what I think was probably one of the most amazing “something old” for her wedding.  The diamond in Lisa’s wedding ring is from her mom, but here’s the fun spin on the diamond.  Her mom had hidden the diamond in a special place to keep it secret, but as it would happen – that secret place turned out to be one that was forgotten over time.  But eventually the diamond was found and was used in Lisa’s wedding ring.  Awesome!

I just love romantic stories like that about weddings.  It’s’ those stories that are told over the years with family and makes everyone’s story about their wedding and their lives that much more unique.  Plus I believe in romance, chivalry, and love conquering all.  It’s probably why so many of my movies are about that; Love.  If you were to look at my movie collection, some of my favourites are; “Knight’s Tale,” “The Replacements” and “Love Actually.”  From medieval ages to football and my favourite country; London – love is in all of us and able to be shared with each other.

I also want to give a shout out to Sarah, Amy and the team at the Wedgewood Buenaventura.  With the attention to detail they give their couples and vendors, they’re the heart and soul of why – when you have your wedding their you’re treated better than just a client.  You’re treated like family.

Before you scroll down to check out some Lisa & Chris’ beautiful Ventura Wedding at the Wedgewood Buenaventura and you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves being a photographer celebrating more than 28 years capturing Weddings, Portraits and Engagement Shoots from Southern California to London, feel free to contact me anytime.

PS, Here’s an awesome quote I read from Oprah on Twitter that I think helps keep the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward spreading positivity.  “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined!” Awesome!
