Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer + George Michael = Freedom And Faith In Orange County

Good morning from Huntington Beach everyone!  It’s been a crazy start to my week as I had my surgery to pull the four wisdom teeth that I’ve had since third grade on Monday.  Normally this wouldn’t be such an ordeal, but I’m pretty much deathly afraid of dentists & doctors.  Combine that with the fact that both my oral surgeon had to fix a terrible infection that I came back from Big Bear with for my workation shooting Ashley & Chaz’s Engagement Shoot, going over things with DJ Neko for his performances this spring as he’s a future resident DJ at Disneyland’s California Adventure for ElecTRONica and my heart surgeon making sure they could take me off my meds & put me on new ones – was a little unnerving to say the least.

BUT!  I’m of the mindset that I’m invincible and still launched the latest episode of How To Make The Most Out Of Your Wedding Day and upon being bored out of my skull, I am sharing a new West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week with you.  Yeah!

If you saw some of my Tweets & Facebook updates over the weekend & especially on Sunday, you probably caught a glimpse of some of the music that I was listening to – to distract me from my upcoming nervousness of my surgery on Monday.  One of the bands was Duran Duran (go figure!) and the other musician was George Michael.  I’ve been HUGE fans of both over the years & I really wanted to share with you two of my favourite songs from George Michael with you this week.

Also, If you don’t know much about George Michael, check out this clip from his website.  It’s only the tip of the iceberg of how amazing his career has been over the years.

“Everybody knows George Michael. Or at least they think they do. He’s a global icon, an international artist of the highest order who has sold over 100 million albums in a world where Germany’s population is 82 million; the United Kingdom’s is 62 million and Australia’s is 23 million. He’s topped charts from Austria to Australia. He’s sold-out stadiums from Tokyo to Tampa. He re-defined popular music with his debut solo album, 1987’s Faith and went on to build a groundbreaking, substantial and enormously popular body of work.”
