Good afternoon in non-raining Orange County everyone!  I’m one Newport Beach Wedding Photographer who’s enjoying the time inside rockin’ some post production on several events I’ve photographed all over Southern California.  One of the events I had the honour of photographing is Jason’s graduation from Fullbright Avenue Elementary School.

I first met Jason & his family through The Double Knot Twins; Leah & Linsey who were guests on my program; How To Make The Most Out Of Your Wedding Day and I had the privilege of photographing both of the twin’s weddings.  They were all really fun and easy going at both of the Twin’s weddings, so when I received a phone call from Jason’s mom that she would like me to photograph Jason’s graduation, I couldn’t help myself, but to say yes.

It was such an honour photographing Jason’s graduation and it was so awesome seeing an entire student body with eager faces ready to take on the world.  Totally cool!

While I was working on Jason’s photographs, I held aside just under 100 of my favourite photographs to put into a slide show that really shows off Jason’s graduation.

But before you check out the slide and if you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to learn more about this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) over some Nachos & Newcastles (My favourite snack!) that loves music & fashion, photography and art, feel free to contact me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebookGoogle+, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

I hope you’re having a great weekend & stay in touch for some more absolutely incredible events that I’m sharing.  From San Diego to Newport Beach and all the way up to Ventura – I’ll have some fantastic Weddings and events that I’ve had the honour of photographing.  And of course soon to come; the party at LA Fashion Week with the Kate Mesta Crew the photo shoot of Sarah for her portfolio for The Ford Modeling Agency and more recently – the Paul Oakenfold “We Are Planet Perfecto Tour” Halloween event at Sutra in Costa Mesa with other awesome DJ’s like Miss DJ Erra.  Cheers!

PS, If you’ve seen some of the quotes I’ve been sharing on Twitter keeping the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward – spreading positivity, I thought I would share one that is directly related to education from the comedian; the late George Carlin.  Check this out!  ‎”Rights Aren’t Rights If Someone Can Take Them Away. They’re Privileges” I love it!

Good evening from Orange County everyone!  This is one Newport Beach Wedding Photographer who’s still coming off an awesome creative high over the past two days.  As you have been witness to – this year has been bursting at the seams with so many things happening.  It gets my brain spinning (in a good way)!

So if in the past 48 hours you saw any of my Facebook and Twitter updates updates throughout Sunday – then you more than likely saw some of the fun photos I was sharing with you from Sarah’s Huntington Beach Photo Shoot for her portfolio for the Ford Modeling Agency.  Then later that afternoon – Ashley & David’s very romantic Costa Mesa Photo Shoot at the OC Performing Arts Center.  Both of which were a lot of fun & totally gorgeous!

Then the cherry on top of the cake… All Hallow’s Eve at Sutra Orange County in Costa Mesa.

I’ll keep it brief, but let me just say I “thought” I was taking a few hours off this month at last night’s event, but ohhh how I thought wrong.  I actually had the amazing experience of photographing the Paul Oakenfold; “We Are Planet Perfecto Tour” Halloween event.  That’s all I can say right now, but there are a few photos on my Facebook Fan Page I captured with my iPhone last night/morning.

Ok… nerves are calm again.   HeHeHe!  Tonight’s Long Beach Wedding I’ve been dying to share with you & had the honour of photographing is a tsunami of colour, love & laughter all colliding into a symphony of an incredible wedding day.

The wedding I’m referring to that I photographed is LaJoy & Jaron’s Long Beach Wedding held at the Betty Reckas Cultural Center.  LaJoy & Jaron’s wedding day was under the canopy of a crystal clear blue sky that lent itself to some absolutely amazing and colourful wedding photography.

From the minute LaJoy’s Mori Lee bridal dress by Madeline Gardner was laced up, her Badgley Mischka pumps slipped on & Jaron stepped into his custom fit John Salley tuxedo to the end of their wedding day and drove off into the moon-lit night – it was quite literally an incredible wedding day enjoyed by everyone.  BUT!  Not until we snuck in a few minutes so I could capture a few of my Signature Night Romantic Portraits.  Which they rocked of course!

Check out this awesome list of professional vendors involved making their wedding day a success.  Definitely a veritable cornucopia of talent!

So!  If you’re thinking… Hey – I’d really like to learn more about how to save time, money & my sanity planning my wedding, totally check out my program; “How To Make The Most Out Of Your Wedding Day” that’s been on Summer Break for the peak season.  Or if you’d like to share some Nachos & Newcastles (My favourite snack!) and get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves music & fashion, photography and art, feel free to contact me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebookGoogle+, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

I hope you had a fun & safe Halloween & stay in touch for some more absolutely incredible events that I’m sharing this week.  From San Diego to Newport Beach and all the way up to Ventura – I’ll have some fantastic Weddings and events that I’ve had the honour of photographing.  And of course soon to come; the party at LA Fashion Week with the Kate Mesta Crew and the photo shoot of Sarah for her portfolio for The Ford Modeling Agency – Cheers!

PS, I’m sure you’ve seen some of the quotes I’ve been sharing on Twitter keeping the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward – spreading positivity.  Well, today I thought I would share some of my current favourite quotes & I would love to hear which one you like or which ones you have that are important to you.  Here are mine:

  • “I never wanted to be a businessman, I just wanted to change the world.” – Richard Branson
  • “Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory lasts forever.” – Keanu Reeves in “The Replacements”
  • “A Man Can Change His Stars.” – The late Heath Ledger in “Knight’s Tale”

PSS, If you’ve been keeping up with my Facebook and Twitter updates – then you have seen my Rock Star Client Concierge; Linda chiming in every now & then.  Linda is a long time client, turned BFF for nearly 9 1/2 years.  She’s recently joined this Nacho & Newcastle lovin Newport Beach Wedding Photographer and is already keeping up with my awesome signature service I deliver to my clients.  I’m receiving notes from brides – some of which saying: “OMG, I LOVE Linda!!” and “She should be a life coach!”  Uhmmm… Between Linda & Duran Rex getting all that attention – I’m starting to get a little jealous.  HeHeHe!

Good morning everyone!  I am creative, I am a lover of music and I love art.  Or simply put, I am a Newport Beach Wedding Photographer in Orange County who is totally excited to share a special West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week with you.

If you saw an update on Facebook or Twitter updates yesterday, you may have seen the excitement in my notes about one of my favourite artists performing on Monday for Halloween.  He’s going to be in Orange County at Sutra in Costa Mesa too (Here’s one of my iPhone photos from the event on Facebook).  And… I recently was there for Above & Beyond – which was probably one of the more out of this world performances I’ve seen by a DJ team in years.

The artist that I’m referring to is none other than Paul Oakenfold with his European label; Perfecto Records.  YEAH!!!

If you don’t know much about Paul Oakenfold, check out this bit from his bio, it’s littler just the tip of the iceberg for his career and it’s awesome!  “Paul has produced for megastars such as U2, Madonna (including her latest release “Celebration”) and The Happy Mondays. As well as three acclaimed artist albums under his own name. He has remixed Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones and Justin Timberlake and released over 20 DJ mix compilations.

In recent years Paul has also been responsible for creating some of the most breathtaking film scores and cues for a long list of Hollywood blockbusters – including The Bourne Identity, Matrix Reloaded, Shrek 2, Swordfish and Collateral. But his most anticipated release is yet to come. Paul Oakenfold’s newest artist album ‘Pop Killer’ is scheduled for imminent release featuring The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Gnarls Barkley, OneRepublic and B.O.B.“

So!  Before you check out this week’s West Coast Wednesday Video Of The Week and you’re thinking…  Hey – I’d really like to get to know this Newport Beach Wedding Photographer (Previously a Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer) that loves music & fashion, photography and art, feel free to contact me anytime.

I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebook, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

I hope you had a great TRex Tuesday yesterday & stay tuned for some amazing events that I’m sharing this week.  From San Diego to Newport Beach and all the way up to Ventura – I’ll have some fantastic Weddings and events that I’ve had the honour of photographing.  And of course soon to come; the totally awesome party at LA Fashion Week with the Kate Mesta Crew.  I even managed to get a photo with Boo Boo Stewart from the Twilight movies too.  He was super polite & a really cool guy – Cheers!

PS, Check out this awesome quote that I shared on Facebook and Twitter.  I think it really helps keep things in perspective:  “When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.” -Wayne Dyer” WHOA!

PPSS, I just coulnd’t resist & added the newest Above & Beyond music video featuring Zoe Johnston; You Got To Go.  Check it out!

Good morning from Orange County everyone!  This is one Newport Beach wedding photographer that just got back in from dropping off Rio for some scheduled maintenance at Irvine Mini & Duran Rex said he wanted to share a Wedding Tip for his TRex Tuesday.  That, and a fun photo a friend of mine sent me too – which I think kinda captures the sense of how silly we are.  Very Calvin & Hobbes’ish.  Those of you that are familiar with Calvin & Hobbes know what I’m talking about.  If not – totally check them out.  Some of the funniest and witty humour ever!

With that said, here is a Wedding Tip that Duran Rex wanted to share with you from Newport Beach.  He said that one of the biggest things that will always (and he said “RWARRR!” to emphasize the word; “Always”) will get shortened dramatically will be the time for your wedding photography.  You’ll want to treat your wedding timeline with almost the same zeal and somewhat twisted passion Gollum did for the ring in Lord of the Rings.

Have a great TRex Tuesday & stay in touch for an amazing and totally colourful wedding that I’m about to share with you.  This couple took gorgeous, classy & timeless to the HNL – cheers!

PS, Here’s an awesome quote I recently shared on Twitter that I think helps keep the “Butterfly Effect” moving forward – spreading positivity.  But!  This quote seems very dichotomous to what we’re programmed to think in today’s society.  Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished” Lao Tzu.”  I love it!  But more importantly – what do you think?  Slightly too forward thinking or too old school.  In a way, I like that it’s showing great things will happen an in their time.  Yet, the impatient part of me is programmed and wants it all yesterday.

PSS, I want to give a shout out to my good friend & fellow photographer; Danny who’s living the dream over in Spain.  It was a total surprise to hear from you this morning & a blast chatting with you!  Keep on rockin’ it over there and I’m lookin’ forward to catching up in December in Paris.
