Newport Beach Wedding Photographer Engagement ShootGood evening from EPHQ everyone!  I’m sure you’ve seen recently all the exciting things I’ve been sharing on Twitter & Facebook that have been happening at EPHQ over the past week.

From being hired as a Director of Photography for the film: “Game of Shakes” to being an Actor & Set Photographer on the AWARD WINNING movie; “Skyfell (And I Can’t Get Up)” for The Toscars hosted by Brits in LA and the even more recent announcement I shared: being chosen as a Google #GlassExplorer.  To say my calendar has been full is an understatement.

Then yesterday, I had the honour of working with Nikki & Cody for their epic Engagement Photo Shoot down in San Juan Capistrano (near San Diego) and then my “Secret Spot” somewhere in Southern California.  I had shared a fun wrap video on my Facebook Fan Page last night that gave you a glimpse of the excitement and fun we had – plus a quick Screen Shot of one of the photos earlier today too.

Well… I started working on post production last night and today and I’m very excited to share with you their absolutely incredible Engagement Photo Shoot.

Nikki & Cody’s Engagement Shoot had all the perfect elements too; perfect weather in San Juan Capistrano, an awesome couple, and totally romantic weather at my Secret Spot where I’ve had the honour of taking three other couples to.

Also, one of the things that is really awesome is that I’ve worked with Nikki for several years with Kathy Miller at Activities So Cal.  Her infectious smile, witty sense of humour & fun personality makes for such a great working experience.  Plus, I’ve gotten to know Cody “virtually” through Nikki over the years too!  :-)

Before you scroll down to check out my some of my favourite photographs from Nikki & Cody’s Engagement Photo Shoot in San Juan Capistrano (and my secret spot!) and you’re thinking you’d like to chat about your destination wedding or a local wedding, totally comment below or contact me anytime day or night.  I’m available just about 24/7 via TwitterFacebookGoogle+, the form on my contact page, or the old fashioned phone as well at 888.ESQ.PHTO (888.377.7486) or 562.225.5915.

With all the various events & projects going on – it didn’t hold me back from starting post production on Rachel & Carlos’ wedding day & have been rocking through the editing of their wedding photographs & here I am – ready to present them to you.  Also, if Rachel & Carlos sound familiar to you – I had the opportunity of capturing all their beautiful Engagement Photographs at the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles recently too.

Rachel & Carlos’ traditional wedding ceremony was filled with tears of joy and a wedding reception that everyone was able to enjoy.  From the stunning portraits captured of Rachel & Carlos with the totally sick rides provided by Old Memories Class Cars to the world famous & Grammy Award Winning Mariachi Divas delivering a flawless performance and laughs we had in their photo booth provided by: Nice Guys Photo Booth – their wedding day was perfect.

I want to give a shout out to Lora Mackey from Union Salon & Monique Woolley for making sure Rachel was radiant in her wedding dress from David’s Bridal and Michelangelo shoes, all the while keeping her lucky penny on her that her father gave when she and Carlos met when they were one year old (Awesome!).  PLUS!  I want to give a MEGA THANK YOU to Reverend Sandra & Brooke from from Visions & Promises Event Planning for coordinating a totally flawless wedding day for Rachel & Carlos.  You two ladies were freakin amazing!
