Good morning from EPHQ everyone!  I have an awesome Wedding Tip to share with you from my good friend and Partner of Esquire Photography; Shelly at Simply Bridal.

This week Simply Bridal has shared a really great chart on the reality TV shows for weddings and the wedding industry.  I for one can tell you that being on a two of the programs (“My Fair Wedding” with David Tutera for Shelby & Matt’s Wedding & “Platinum Weddings” for Kim & Ken’s Wedding on Catalina Island) it’s a lot of fun & really exciting seeing how the programs are filmed and made into complete fairy tales.

Also, here’s what Shelly shared with me about the chart she’s put together for Simply Bridal:

“We are all guilty, all very very guilty for giving into reality shows.  Why wouldn’t someone be interested in watching a show that features ordinary people and their actual lives?

Whether you’re normally a fan of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Project Runway, or The Bachelor, the moment you get engaged the wedding reality TV shows are on your mind.

Simply Bridal has compiled a list of shows for brides to get their daily dose of drama from and to help them gain a bit of inspiration.”

So totally check out this graphic below which has some great ideas on which shows will fulfill that guilty pleasure we all have watching “reality TV.”

Good morning from EPHQ everyone!  I have an awesome Wedding Tip to share with you from my good friend and Partner of Esquire Photography; Shelly at Simply Bridal.

This week Simply Bridal has shared a really great graphic for you on how to create a fun & easy seating chart for your wedding reception.

“A seating chart at your actual wedding ceremony isn’t always necessary, traditionally all of the members attending in support of the bride sit on one side and the members attending to support the groom are on the other side.

Many couples have chosen to abandon this tradition, as they believe that though their union, everyone is family so there shouldn’t be a seating plan.

Now, putting together a seating arrangement for the reception is a whole other ball game.  Does the happily married couple prefer a sweetheart table, or would they rather be surrounded by their bridal party, or their family?  Any of the following options is acceptable, but which one is right for your friends and family?”

So totally check out this graphic below which has some great ideas on how to make your wedding reception planning process a little easier.
